Sometimes it’s my preferred piece of meat!

I wrote a short article last week detailing my experience with the Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. It was one of the most delicious meals I’ve had, and you can read about it below (link article)

Although it’s typically one of the most sought-after delights when it comes to enjoying a luxurious meal, I believe cuts that have less marbling and fat have their place in the market as well, and it’s not just about the price.

Sometimes I find cuts with high-fat content too “heavy,” and I can only eat a good few…

Lovely Meal

I apologize for not taking proper horizontal photos as these are taken with screen captures within my shorts video on YouTube. I’ll remember to provide better photos next time!

There is something about the visual stimulation when staring into a piece of marbled meat beautifully presented in front of you. There is anticipation, excitement, and most of all, you can’t wait to dive into taking your first bite. I’ve had a good amount of Japanese Wagyu’s in the past, but every time it’s just as exciting as the first.

These will act as a guide when you find yourself astray in life

Principles act as a guide if you fall off track in life, so you always know where to start picking yourself back up during turmoil and other crisis you’re experiencing.

For example, I typically binge eat during the holidays, but I always remind myself to get back on track and exercise, so I’m able to let loose and eat again.

In a more serious scenario where I’ve become demotivated to do anything due to mental fatigue, I look back at the principles that had given me another chance in life when I was as my worst around a decade ago.

Remove the emotional attachment and gain real lessons from it.

We’ve all heard about sticking with peers who have the same ambitions and mindset as you because they can propel off of each other and do great things.

But we rarely talk about the inevitability of people who we deem negative surrounding us every day.

Some may not be intentionally doing so, but we simply feel an aura of negativity even when their name is mentioned. Then, some aren’t afraid to show their negativity and explicitly feed you with bad mojo all the time.

In the end, the ear-bashing and…

Embrace your journey that brings true value to life

Personal growth is important, and it’s the hallmark in life if we want to strive to become better and push personal boundaries.

Maybe you have goals, and you’ve been set out on a path to grind until you reach the finishing line slowly. It may take weeks, months, or even years, depending on what you’re trying to achieve.

But the process can be frustrating when you feel it’s progressing slowly, and you’re down, and it feels like you’re standing in quicksand. …

Why you should stop overthinking and take action

Photo by Ethan Elisara on Unsplash

Overthinking can oftentimes lead to inaction.

No matter how meticulously planned our lives are, there are always moments when we hesitate to take action. When it’s finally time to act, have you ever brushed away those important responsibilities, only to regret your decision later on?

I certainly have.

But I only realized it was a change needed after I wasn’t getting results from the constant delay of my progress, and it had serious implications over the course of my life.

In this article, I want to talk about why when it’s time to take action, the next 60 seconds can…

And the best part is you can start right away.

We all have goals and where we see ourselves in the next five to ten years. But how do we make it more manageable for ourselves so we ensure that our dreams come true?

I’ve failed a lot in life, whether it’s previous long-term aspirations or skills I’ve wanted to pick up in the past, but I’m finally grasping the idea of one key element for long-term success.

Celebrating milestones

In this article, I’ll be talking about why it’s important to recognize milestones that will strengthen your mental capacity and help you maintain consistency over the course of your life.

You need to fall before you can learn how to get back up.

Fear & Overthinking

I was afraid of venturing into the unknown. I’d overthink and become paranoid about certain outcomes, and it’d be a trait that would prohibit me from breaking plateaus in life.

Preparing yourself isn’t a bad thing. In fact, it’s encouraged when you haven’t the slightest clue, and you wish to have a better idea when approaching something new in life.

It’s the balance between being cautious and over-preparing that becomes difficult in certain circumstances.

I’ve always enjoyed reading and researching online via videos. Places like YouTube can…

Why you must avoid overnight success and build from the ground up

Photo by Chronis Yan on Unsplash

We should learn to expect & embrace hard work. Remove that overnight millionaire mentality progressing in life and disassociate yourself from false promises and vulnerabilities.

Some people we deem successful now did not become so overnight. There are tiny minorities, but most have put in the work for years, been through their failures and challenges before arriving where they are today.

On the other hand, when you decide that you want to get rich fast and from personal experience, you’ll give up quickly and not want to put yourself through hardship when you have challenges presented in front of you.

Best part? You can still buy things you enjoy

Photo by Micheile Henderson on Unsplash

We all have the urge to purchase the next shiny toy. But we also need to be responsible for ourselves. Spend wisely and not foolishly.

I’m going to tell you how I’ve been killing two birds with one stone with this transition in life because now I’m able to save money, as well as purchase things I enjoy.

Ever since I was a child, I’ve been told to save up. …
